There will be a public meeting at City Hall (Foran Room, Fourth Floor) on Monday, February 8, 2010 at 7:00pm. This forum, entitled "Smart Growth in Downtown St. John's: A Public Discussion About Planning and Development," will feature moderator Keith Storey and panelists Elena Patarini, Strat Canning, Bill Mahoney, and Dave Hopley.
